This two-hour workshop taught by Eva (RYT 500) is designed to help women develop a deeper understanding of their menstrual cycle and use that knowledge in their yoga practice so that their physical movements become supportive of their inner rhythms.

In this 2-hour workshop, we will explore the menstrual cycle and our changing needs during its different phases. By learning how to listen to our bodies and get to know our menstrual cycle, we can gain a greater awareness of our unique patterns; our vulnerabilities, and our needs. With this understanding, we can then align our yoga practice to best support our bodies at each phase of our cycle.
You will learn practical tools and techniques to support your menstrual cycle, including specific yoga postures, and Heartfull Meditation™. You will also gain an understanding of the physical and emotional changes that occur throughout your cycle and how to adapt your yoga practice to support those changes.
At the end of the workshop we will cover specific yoga poses that you can use to alleviate PMS symptoms like lower abdominal and lower back pain, bloating, anxiety, and nervousness.
This workshop is suitable for women of all ages and experience levels. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop will help you deepen your connection to your body and develop a more heartful and supportive, individually crafted yoga practice.
