In this fun class, you get to understand and feel the connection between your feet and the rest of your body. Eva will guide you through some releases for the feet which allow you to discover the tensions you hold in your soles. You'll get warm and active with Surya Namaskar and some standing poses. The toe yoga will make your brain expand as you create new neural pathways. At the end, you'll enjoy a blissful Shavasana with warm feet!
